Delivery Date
World Petals & its affiliates make deliveries Monday to Sunday (in certain countries). We do not deliver on Public Holidays (unless specify or special occasion falls on these days. For example: Valentine’s Day). Any orders placed for these days will be delivered either before or after the requested date – our experienced florists will determine a suitable date for delivery of your gift. Special arrangements have to be made with us to accommodate orders for deliveries on public holidays and/or Sundays.

Specific Delivery Time Requests
World Petals uses a combination of store delivery drivers and courier services to have your gifts delivered. Where possible we will attempt to meet specific delivery time requests, however due to the nature of the delivery services used the exact time of delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Deliveries to commercial addresses will be made during business hours (before 6pm). Deliveries to residential addresses may be made either during or after business hours.

If your order has a firm delivery time requirement or is urgent, please make sure you contact us so that we can advise delivery availability.

If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, we may choose to:

  • We will call the recipient to rearrange the delivery time (charge may apply)
  • Leave the arrangement with a neighbor and/or attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf.
  • If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the flower arrangement to their place of work (charge may apply)
  • Please note if your recipient is not home at time of delivery, the package will be left at their door. Keep in mind that your gift is a perishable item. Be sure to select a delivery address where they can be cared for immediately upon arrival.

Special Occasion
For Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other special dates where flowers traditionally are in high demand, please submit your order at least two days working days in advance to guarantee the availability of stocks.

Delivery Fee
Our delivery is generally FREE. However, there are some charges on certain area / places. Our delivery fee is added to your order at the checkout. In some cases additional delivery charges may apply. If this is the case one of our operators will contact you.

Special Instructions
If you have special delivery instructions, please make sure that you tell us on your order. We have provided you with a "Special Instructions" field so that you can do so.

Cancellation
A 50% charge from the amount paid will be levied for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Unfortunately orders that have already been prepared and/or scheduled for delivery cannot be cancelled. Cancellation policy will differ during peak seasons. Non-delivery due to incorrect details will be treated as order withheld and no refund will be made.

Orders Containing Alcohol
Gift basket and flower orders containing alcohol may only be purchased by persons aged 18 years or over.
