Agreement between the Customer and Worldpetals.com 
The World Petals web site(s) is comprised of various web pages operated by World Petals. Those pages are presented in their entirety on World Petals & affiliate websites and reproduced on country specific sites around the world.

The World Petals web sites is offered to you conditional on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of World Petals Web Sites constitute your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Prices shown on the World Petals Web Site(s) are shown in multiple currencies. World Petals provides an indicative currency conversion program. This is an estimation of the base currency using daily currency conversion data displayed on XE.com

Prices do not include the standard delivery fee which varies dependant on the cities & countries that you select for delivery. Delivery is clearly displayed on the cart page before the checkout.

Prices include all local taxes where applicable.

• Product contents in all arrangements are subject to stock availability. When an item is not available, the closest substitute of    a similar value will be used.
• Prices quoted are not applicable for special occasions. For example, delivery around Valentine’s Day and Mother's day have      different prices. We deliver your order upon receipt of payment.
• Please provide all details asked for in our order form to avoid unnecessary delay. 
  All information kept by us will be treated strictly confidential and kept in an off-line environment and restricted access to certain staff only.
• As our main core product “flowers” are perishable items, therefore kindly revert back to us as soon as possible if there is any problem. All repay fund requests will be dealt on a case-by-case basis.
